      This is my first time working directly with a Chase branch and my overall experience was nothing but positive. First there's a free 2 hour parking lot and dedicated Chase lot available behind the office, so getting parking is never an issue. Secondly, whenever I enter the building I always receive a warm welcome from the team. Everyone is really friendly, attentive and helpful. I had the pleasure of working directly with Tamika who answered all of my questions during my meeting. She was prompt, responsive and was able to get me set up with my banking in about an hour and change. I recently ran into an issue with my account over the weekend and Tamika was able to make several phone calls and resolve all of my issues and concerns. I really appreciate her going above and beyond for me on a Saturday!!! I look forward to working with her and the team for my future banking needs.
