      I'm not surprised Julian has a perfect 5 star rating as I had the most amazing experience working with him on my recent real estate transaction. As a first time home buyer, Julian explained every part of the mortgage process to me from start to finish and was always available to answer any questions (even my dumb ones). He was extremely responsive and always went the extra mile. Julian is knowledgable, professional and also personable. I had a very unique situation and Julian was able to respond to every twist and turn which was much appreciated in an already stressful situation.
