      Can’t quite understand the negative reviews, I have been dealing with this branch for 25 years with both personal and business accounts, many employees have come and gone in those years but I have for the most part consistently been happy with the service, if anything it has gotten better, thanks to all of the staff

      Always a long wait, and just keep passing the issues to another person. I do plan to discontinue my account with Chase just do this type of inconsiderate service.
