      Went to this Branch after having problem with a Trust Account with Capital One my Bank Met Sophia Espinal relationship banker who helped me during this stressful process Because of her caring and knowledge and helping me in this matter I transferred all my funds to Chase bank and will be my bank in the future Thank you Sophia

      A bank is only as good as the clerks, bankers, and generally, the customer service. None of the above is more than average, occasionally even worse than that. The facility appears to have seen better times. THIS IS AN UPDATE for 2022: The customer relationship has deteriorated below "average", and is no longer acceptable. When trying to reach ANYONE per phone, you are greeted with "we are busy with other customers; call the national bank service..... good-bye". There is no personal answer at any time I tried nor is there an answering machine to leave a message. This is rude and shows the incompetence to maintain a client service. The excuse that this situation is caused by the Corona pandemic is not valid, as there is ample opportunity to prepare for a shortage of personnel at the branch! LOUSY!
