      Always very helpful. Very nice people there. I give it 5 stars because since 2005 I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees there. Or with any chase bank I’ve been too. Or any transaction I’ve had to make. I do personal & business transactions there. Excellent !!

      No stars, Our business account is with Chase. Never had problems before till now. Our business is a non profit. I was a Signer for our account. Funny thing is, I logged on to check our account and had no access. I went to the bank only to be told that I was not on the account. I kept showing the documents I had with me and was told they could not give me information. I asked how was my name removed and was told that I had to have been present for them to remove me. Funny thing is I was there in the flesh, telling them that I WAS NOT PRESENT and they kept saying they couldn't help. Chase is good for personal banking, but for Business, you might want to take your business elsewhere. Worst case is , they could have given our business money to someone else and we are now just waiting for them to advise. WORST BANK FOR BUSINESS!
