      I have always received attentive and polite service at this branch.

      The workers are rude and racist. Jacky Wu told me I was irritating him b/c I said he clearly helped 2 Asians and never once asked me if I needed help. The manager Daisy Hernandez made excuses as to why no one helped. Daisy claimed that the bank is by appointment only when clearly that's a lie. Told me she didn't know the number to corporate when I asked for the number.

      A complete waste of time. Close this location if you don’t have enough staff. I couldn’t solve my issue over the phone and I was forced to make an appointment. Then I came here, Grisel Gonzales was late to the appointment just to tell me I needed to speak on the phone with someone else. A complete waste of time, truly there are better banks with more cash backs and offers.
