  Let me just say this, it doesn't get any better than Sourcing it out inc. Whatever your situation just know you are in good hands !! I was on the verge of losing my home and I was assured not to worry because they were gonna have my back and they did!! That was years ago and I'm still in my home thanks to sourcing it out inc. Very professional and to the point I wish I could rate this place more stars if I could. Give them a try , I Guarantee you that you won't be disappointed!!!! I highly recommend!!!!!   If it were not for the dedicated and well informed resourceful staff at Sourcing It Out Inc., I would have lost my property alone with my mind! I have never encountered a more dedicated and qualified business service of this statue before. I am speaking from experience. I previously used one of those so called big name organizations that's always on the radio to remodify my Mortgage, and they only led me to be $15, 000 poorer ! My building went into foreclosure and was up for auction! I had no idea until the Sheriff's served me with Court papers! Sourcing It Out Inc. came into my life due to a referral from my friend. Aftrer just one meeting they jumped on top of everything. In less than 10 days, I was officially off of the auction block, out of foreclosure and on my way to having my loan properly remodified with a portion of it forgiven! They also provided credit repair and my score is now in the mid 700's! I am a business owner, and fell on hard times like many other's due to Covid in addition to preivous predatory mortgage lending tactics.I was upside down in my Mortgage, and all of that has been rectified. In fact my Mortgage is now $1,100 less expensive monthly than it was prior to! Through the help of Sourcing It Out Inc. my business has turned around.
