  They do NOT accept cash printed from the United States Treasury, which states on every bill "...Legal Tender for all Debits, Public and Private" I needed to make a deposit and they would not accept the cash I withdrew from my bank five minutes before going into this location. Among other things, they would accept a personal check. How is a personal check more secure than cash in hand!? That was one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. Can someone from Chase answer that question without using the word, policy?

  I used to love the Chase Bank that I went to on Reading Road in Avondale, and a lot of those employees from that bank work here, so that's the biggest positive I could give to this Bank But the new employees there are flippant and they acted as if they're being bothered by working with me ( I work in construction, so I assume that this employee didn't like my disheveled appearance) I needed help with my liquid debit card on Friday to check past transactions, I was waiting on a manager who was joking around with (who I hope was) a customer, but I'm pretty sure the woman was another employee. The manager finally apologized after 5 minutes for keeping me waiting while she was talking to this person, and apologized to another person that was sitting on the lounging couch there for quite a few minutes longer than I was ( he said he didn't need anything, but he appeared very frustrated) And when I was trying to perform some actions with the app in order to try to give this documentation to Experian, this young lady was rolling her eyes and appeared aggravated the whole time that I was there Happy Friday, I have family with health issues, I'm involved with a lawsuit against the dealer of my previous vehicle (which is why I was concerned about how to use the app to boost my credit record), and I work outdoors in the heat all day And I really don't need some disinterested employee whose hardest job is to work in air conditioning and the occasional tapping of a keyboard to really give me too much grief on the end of my long and hard work week I used to go to the Avondale location because of the convenience and the friendliness of the staff, and this location does have the convenience, but management could sure use a refresher course in public relations. NOTE: I haven't been having the same issues with the employees here anymore, and the person that I (mostly) work with is from the former Avondale branch, so this has become a much better location for me to deal with lately..... But you do have to watch the closing hours (as they do bounce around at times) over this whole Covid thing
