  My go to place for firearm purchases. They have quality firearms at fair prices. I’ve purchased several firearms there and they always have a knowledgeable and helpful staff. They often carry classic model/calibers in shotguns/rifles/handguns. Would highly recommend.

  Unprofessional and rude , interjecting personal opinions about State and Federal laws while cursing at a potential paying customer. Not a family environment. *** UPDATE 5–9-22 *** Again Editorializing, Never once did I ask to purchase a firearm, I asked the procedure on the use of a CHL, However your personal opinion on state and Federal laws are what earned you this review. Keep your personal opinions to yourself. You simply could have said No. instead in front of three witnesses ,of which two I came with, unknown to you, you became short, you didn’t like being questioned about how you conduct background checks. You became defensive and rude and used colorful metaphors when describing the manner in which I should leave the store . Nice try, but we all see what your trying to do here. Move on you earned your review. Side note having been in the Firearms business for over 25 years, your statement about the FBI and The NICS is not true they do not give opinions or editorialize on passed Laws of the land and retailers by and large not preferring to use the CHL or concealed handgun license (NOT CCW…Ohio does not have a CCW permit, you should know better)as a viable background option is 💯 not true.In fact other than one larger chain only 02 dealers seem to use the NICS over the CHL. And as far as giving you the finger on my way out 🤔 yeah you earned it ! The level of disrespect inspired your parting gift.

  Shawn Mitchell, 1. Not true. You were never cursed at. Audio, video & witnesses can contradict that statement. 2. You were rude and arrived with an attitude. You wanted to buy a firearm using a CCW and that is not how we conduct firearms sales. You chose to be angry about that. Having had 3 customers with CCW's denied a firearms purchase by the FBI supports our choosing this option. 3. You used the middle finger. 4. We do not sell firearms based on a CCW. That is an option FFL's may use in place of a Full NICS FBI Background check, but we (like most major retailers and responsible firearms sellers) do not. We conduct the full background check.
