      Jonathan Ruiz alongside his management team didn't care to help escalate any of my concerns. Find another branch who doesn't just sit there to give excuses on why they can't provide further assistance. Asked him about same day wire transfers and Jonathan swears there's no such thing. He was WRONG. Not sure who placed him in management team because obviously he's giving wrong information. Call around before going to this branch because THIS MANAGEMENT is only there to collect their hourly/salary pay they DON'T CARE TO ASSIST you with your needs and be glad to have you in and out as FAST as they can. So RUUUNNNN.
