      One of the best branches in Queens. Friendly and fast.

      I entered the branch at 12:30PM. I waited until 1:30PM. At which point the consultant went to lunch after seeing I was there waiting for over an hour. I was next to be seen when I came in at 12:30PM. At 1:45PM I was told someone would be right with me. At 2PM I go to the teller and ask to please use the restroom since I have been here for awhile. The teller informs me due to COVID they are unable to comply. I go home and come back at 2:30PM. The consultant helps someone else. The teller informed the consultant I have been here for hours. She takes less than 5 minutes to help me and informs me to make an appointment next time. They are rude and unhelpful at this branch.
