  This used to be my go-to branch, however over the past year all of the experienced bankers left and have been replaced with very new, very unexperienced bankers and management. Taking my business somewhere else!

  Very rude! There are many conversations regarding brokerage clients becoming undone while there account is being managed by a financial advisor. However, there was and instance when a clients file was transferred from a contra firm to a JP. Morgan brokerage account. Sadly, to say there were many discrepancies and errors when the account was finally settled into the new brokerage. Unfortunately, after many attempts to contact this advisor and complaints to the executive offices regarding this employee and his unprofessional behavior and possible attempt to sabotage our account. Lastly, four months go by and we finally received a phone call however, we were greeted by an angry financial advisor yelling and screaming regarding why we have complained! Mind you the problem still exist missing assets and the account value was not adjusted correctly.
