      The Liberty branch was closed which had ample parking drive up ATM friendly service. The Girard branch was left open it has no parking no drive up banking and no drive up ATM. Furthermore the ATM in the Union square has been out of service for months. When I called the first claim was that it was being serviced by the nearest branch. Girard. Girard claimed customers complain about it constantly it is leased and they can do nothing about it yet the charge you to use another ATM from another bank. To date the ATM in the Union Square in Youngstown Ohio is not operating. Chase I thought you were better than that.

      I will never go to this bank again and my family members who are with this bank will drop their accounts and go somewhere else. The short dark haired chunky woman has an attitude from hell. Do not even try wasting your time being nice with this woman her eye rolling and attitude is obnoxious no matter how polite you try to be. I do hope this lady gets fired.I know just a few customers don’t matter but if or when a lot follow suite maybe it will then. The other employees of the bank where nice and helpful until that one barges in .
