      Well have a loan and was told i could refinance after 1 year without taking additional money.Well that was a lie as when the time came I was told that the employee that we did the loan through and she also stated I could refinance with no issues.LIES LIES AND MORE LIES. Now i was told i would have to take more cash to refinance.

      I have mixed feelings about OneMain Financial. They were quick to respond to me and my loan, which was nice. They sounded very professional on the phone and understood that I was at work and couldn't talk right that second. Well, they ran 3 hard inquires on my credit. Didn't collect any information on my "budget" than told me my payment that was quoted at like $78 a month didn't fit in my budget so they couldn't approve me. That was after I called them back cause they completely blew me off. In my opinion I felt like it was screw me cause they couldn't loan me money. Very unprofessional.
