      Horrible service. Bank Account closed because of Chase. I was given so much trouble in the span of a month for trying to cash a check. Their team had locked me out of my account because they had to review my check and had me calling back and forth trying to get things settled. They told me not to worry and after 10 days my account was closed due to the check not getting cleared. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just use my account as they tried clearing the check. I guess they call it Chase because of how they send you on a goose chase.
