  I received a call during April at the height of COVID-19. The question was... "how are you doing?". I was stunned, and proud all at once. To have such customer service in my "own back yard" as a community had a real impact. I was devastated when they destroyed Chase during the vandalism. I prayed they would not abandon our community over the horrible decisions of "thieving fools." Who does that? Who destroys our own resources. Now we are all boarded up: BOA, Dollar Tree, Home Depot, and Food for Less was closed for a short while. Some stores shall not return - that breaks my heart- yet I cannot blame them. Walmart was annihilated- so I will be pleasantly shocked if they returned. As of today they are still closed. Yet, Chase is still here. I appreciate their committment to our community- in good times- and bad. YES --- CHASE--- I will keep on "riding" with you- as long as you can keep riding with me. I will quietly close out my BOA accounts. Not in anger but with regret. BOA could have taken a note from your (Chase) book... Hold on to our community - even when it is really really difficult. Yet they did not. As such, CHASE... I will remain. I will keep my business, personal, family, and savings with CHASE. 83rd Steward location is my Chase Home base. I look forward to seeing their warm smiles, and soothing familial words of encouragement. I am coming home-- plus I have 2 safe deposit boxes that I have to drop things in. 😁😉😁

  This has to be one of the worst Chase branches i have ever experienced. The tellers are unfriendly and unprofessional to say the lest. To add insult to injury and the final straw , i recently had a deposit that came up $100 short and when the management checked , the bank had come up $40 short. . dont think i'll be doing business there
