      Very not professional, I was waiting for an hour in the bank and when my turn finally came they just told me they couldn’t attend me presently cos they have an appointment, which I believe they could have told me half an hour ago. I Just wasted my time for no reason. The bank should have better service with the customer cos others have work too, noone is coming to waste there time. It’s my first time in the bank and should a bad experience now I am thinking are all the other branches the same or it’s only this branch.
