      Ms. Sabrina Karim must be promoted immediately! She went above and beyond for me when assisting me during a very tough time for me. She seamlessly helps multiple customers while picking up other's slack. Ms. Karim displays utmost professionalism and compassion and should be promoted without to their leadership team and to corporate ASAP. I've visited this branch often and she is a pleasure to deal with. This young lady makes Chase look good and I look forward to seeing her grow within the company!

      Just when you thought you could escape a low rated Chase branch on Brighton Beach Avenue, sadly you run into another low rated, horrible Chase branch!! What is going on??!!! At this branch when I walked in, I was not greeted even though there were people standing around that were more than able to do so. When it was my turn to visit the teller, I was not greeted and was abruptly motioned to approach the window. The transaction was very cold and rushed. Oddly enough, the gentleman who was seen after me was treated completely different!! Unbelievable!! 0 stars in my book

      The tellers here are so nasty with they’re attitudes and they have very slick mouths especially when you’re new to banking . Very sarcastic and nasty . Not welcoming at all and be prepared to wait a long time on line . I don’t have any good experiences with this place or any of the tellers here .
