      I've been banking at this location for six years. Janice has always been there for me. Her product knowledge and friendly service has always been second to none. I've moved from the downtown area, but I continue to frequent this bank.

      Was told Chase doesn't cash government issued checks that are issued through Chase. Will be contacting my governor's office about where our state trust it's money because clearly it's not JP Morgan. I'm sure the attorney generals office will also love the copy of the video being told they won't cash checks they issue.

      Got charged an overdraft fee because my account was locked. Called to try and unblock my account to deposit funds electronically but because I couldn’t provide the 3 digit code on the back of my card it couldn’t get unblocked. Literally gave them my address, DOB, and social security. I didn’t have the card on me but could provide account number and routing number. So long story short got unnecessary charged over a 3 digit number.
