      Terrible tracking and they take FOREVER. I ordered steel toe shoes on august 31st. It arrived in SLC three days ago with no update since. So so so so slow. Their bio that says they’re faster is so untrue and fake.

      My favorite part about this company would have to be the constant phone calls about overdue invoices that have nothing to do with me or my organization. Each time I try to inform them that they are contacting the wrong people, they say they will fix it only to call again a few days later. If you are looking for an incompetent company, Pitney Bowes may be for you!

      Ordered from Adidas before thanksgiving they use this company. Have received 2 different emails saying package to be delivered by December 13 then another saying Dec 20 now when I look it just says updated email will be sent with delivery date. This was Christmas gift now won’t even get in time. This company is stupid & wish places didn’t use them for shipping if they can’t get their deliveries out on time.
