  The line (one line) to see a real teller is quite long. Not suggested for a disabled person who can't stand on their feet for long periods of time. When I phone them on the branch's direct phone number, it takes them ten to fifteen rings before they pick up the phone and, sometimes, they didn't pick up the phone at all. Other than these two shortcomings this particular branch of Chase Bank is quite excellent 👌. There are enough ATM's that there's seldom a line to wait (except at the height of the day... like lunchtime). The real tellers are extremely polite, accurate, and professional. You can make an appointment to see a banker online in the Chase app, and they're pretty good about keeping the appointment. They certainly do try to. I am a low income senior citizen who is on Social Security and because my checks are direct-deposited and they come out to $500 or more, Chase gives me their basic checking account for free. No monthly fees at all!! The entire staff is polite and they maintain a professional manner. I've been banking at this particular branch for 13 years and I seldom have a problem. I do recommend this place for your banking needs. This is a good bank and branch.

  WORST, HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life! Went into the branch to deposit a check into someone else account. The check had the person’s full name and address & the last 4 digits of the account number was written on the deposit slip. Benita informed me she cannot deposit the check because my name is not on the account & told me I SHOULD KNOW BETTER how rude!!! The matter was escalated I asked to see someone else & I was informed by a brown skin lady with a short haircut who wears glasses her name I didn’t catch. She said she will not be able to go into that person’s account to find that information without a business need! Hello!!! It is a business need I want to deposit a check into their account. She then started to lift her voice at me and started going back and forth arguing with me. How UNPROFESSIONAL!! Why you arguing with a client?? I was not asking for the account number I don’t want to know the person’s information all I wanted to do was to deposit the check into their account. Helloooo It is more a security risk when you have someone’s entire account number since it’s not my account. I will never go back to this branch and because of this horrible experience I will definitely be closing all of my Chase accounts as soon as I sort out all my auto pay for my bills.

  One of the best Chase! From management go down! They turned my ugly situation into a really great ending. I made sure to tell them thanks for helping me on my way out. Very professional and willing to go above and beyond to assist!!!
