      Horrible service THE LEVEL OF INCOMPITANCE IS UNREAL!!! I WILL BE CHANGEING BANKS BECAUSE OF AN ASSOCIATE KARLINE AND THE MANAGER MARGARET LEACOCK...I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS HERE SINCE 2018 AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO AVOID THIS BRANCH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE . I HAVE TO BANK OUTSIDE OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD ! OUTRAGEOUS IM DONE WITH THIS BANKING COMPANY AS A WHOLE . PAPER FEE,DORMAINT FEE, CLOSING THE WRONG ACCOUNTS, NOT BEING ABLE TO BANK ONLINE BECAUSE IT UPDATES SLOW????

      Trash bank. Don’t bother opening an account here. I lost a 100k deal because I stopped in to do a transaction that should have taken 5 minutes but it too 1 hour! Incompetency is rampant at this bank. They made me late for this appt. Only reason I said I had to complete the transaction. I ordered checks and they got the order wrong 3 times! Had to re order 3 times! They want to apologize everything away. Apologizes don’t work when money is on the line. Don’t do it...there’s plenty of other banks.
