      If you plan to take a mortgage I advise you to go elsewhere. My realtor warned me, but I still wanted to give them a try. They will only make problems that are no issue for other lenders. Not to mention the loan officer calling me 5 days too late (I had an appointment). What a waste of time and nerves. I think I'm done with this bank. Good bye Chase!

      Above and beyond service at this branch. My account was flagged and I was unable to log in. Called customer service and was unable to get my account unlocked even after hours of wait and several transfers between departments. I came to this branch and received tremendous help from Leon Shallop. He stayed on the phone for more than an hr so that in the mean time, I can just go home and have a peace of mind. Amazing service!!!
