      I came in today and was immediately directed into Renee’s office. She was helpful, informative, and very friendly. Renee helped me set up direct deposit and the whole process was finished in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service! I definitely recommend this branch.

      They want to sell you services but provide no customer service. No matter what new manager comes I. It’s the same….sell but provide no service. Go to any other branch or bank

      They messed up my International Wire Transfer. The recipient received the money less ~$450. Beware of this branch and of Chase Bank in general. They then terminated the banker who executed the transaction cause of a transaction error from their end. I am fighting with them regarding this issue and escalated the issue to the CFPB and other entities. Please Please Please beware of their scam tactics.
