      As a business owner, I'm very disappointed with their deposits policy they hold clients' checks deposits for 10 business days and it's very hard to have them make it available before then, I love the people who work there at the local branch but would not recommend to anyone for business to open an account with chase bank at all.

      As a personal banking and business account holder with Chase and other financial institutions in Southern Utah over the past 15 years, I was tremendously disappointed with the way Chase chose to handle a clerical error to a deposited check. Once this issue is resolved I will be closing all my accounts with Chase and will never give them one more dollar of my hard earned money. Shame on you Chase.
