      If zero stars were possible, that would be my rating based on the incredibly rude, and condescending tellers. I attempted to withdraw funds from their ATM, located inside the bank, adjacent to the teller's window, and received an error message: " unable to complete transaction".No big deal. A short while later I checked my bank mobile app which shows $400 was debited from my account by Chase! I instantly called my out-of-state bank, and they initiated a dispute with Chase, and they also suggested I return to Chase to find out what transpired with their ATM, which I did. The above mentioned dismissive eye-rolling tellers were completely unhelpful and lacking in any basic customer service and/or communication skills whatsoever. Having just re-located to Larchmont, I was considering opening an account with Chase for convenience. Not now or never! In fact, I'll be cancelling my Chase Credit/ United Airlines Visa card. What I experienced should have been rectified on the spot by Chase, as their malfunctioning ATM machine is their responsibility! A warm and wonderful welcome to Larchmont indeed!
