      Came in on a Saturday to have my sister added on my checking account and the front desk receptionist said that the one and only lady that can help me was atleast 2 weeks booked out and that I would have to wait and schedule and appointment. That is ridiculous! No other bank in Burleson is like that. Hire more people! . Why is there only one person in the whole bank that can open up accounts. We were even told over the phone all we had to do was go to the front counter and show identification. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
