      They changed their entire online payment method and failed to notify me.

      Hi Damien, thank you for your feedback. We upgraded our online payment portal to provide a more convenient way to make web payments. We notified all members through various channels including e-statements, emails, and in our mobile banking app, beginning January of this year. Please call our Member Information Center at (817)-835-5000 to ensure all your contact information is updated. You can also provide any additional concerns or questions you may have.

      They recently changed their online payment protocol. I now have two late payments because of this. Had to set up a new password and user id, neither of which work when I tried to go in and make a payment. I assure you that I will never use this lender again.
