Customer service was ok. Bank policy? I was attempting to deposit CASH into an account that belongs to my employee who needed money immediately. I was told they could not accept a CASH deposit. They could however accept a money order or a check deposit, which would make the funds available the next business day. What kind of business practice is this that you don’t accept a CASH deposit??? Absolutely ridiculous!

Ms. Donna, the branch manager, said she would be right back with me... Yet somehow she left me on hold for 5+ minutes before I finally gave up and hung up. I believe it would be much better if Chase would at least check in with their customers they have on hold every 90 seconds or so.
