  I wish we had the option of selecting zero star. I accompanied a 80 year old man to this branch who just Had his account hacked. He was panicking and wanted to alert the bank of this fraud. We asked one of the two bankers who were talking outside their office and obviously not busy with clients, and no other clients in the waiting room, if we could be seen to report the fraud. We were informed that all customers needed to make an appointment. I asked when was the next appointment, and after five minutes was told that the next appointment would be the next day at 9am. I reminded the banker that it was an emergency and that the old man needed the help urgently to make sure his account was not totally emptied. i received the same answer from the banker and was given instead a phone number to call. i left the bank and called the 1800 number to complain and asked to have the supervisor Roberto of the bank called me. He actually called me the next day and confirmed that their branch policy is that "you need to make an appointment" I insisted on the fact that the old man was terrified, confused and that it was an emergency. He answered that "all customers had emergency" and wished me to have a good day. how despicable is that? The bankers could tell that the 80 year old man was in distress but did not have the empathy and heart to try to help him. to make matter worse, the director agreed and defended their heartless decision to NOT help him SHAME ON YOU, DO YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES TREATED THAT WAY? well I don't!
