      I have been having the best banking experience with this bank. Chase is the best in terms of their services, systems and security. And I found the staff in this branch as very helpful proactive and going over the line to make my experience better, every time I visit them. Definitely 5 stars !!!

      30 minutes to be issued a cashiers check because the teller couldn't clear checks over a certain amount and the management had to reset a password which added to the delay. It seems this place is always understaffed. If you're in a hurry or have a time sensitive matter I would choose another branch

      I moved to Lake Hiawatha couple months ago. I never experienced bad customer service in so many years of being a Chase customer. They look so unhappy… I said good morning with a smile on my face and the girl just looked angry. Super unprofessional…unfortunately they probably don’t care but I won’t be coming back.
