  Savanjah and Vanessa were sitting in the lobby area. I was depositing a check. It had some unique circumstances but I was 99% sure it would still follow the same policies. The check issuer and the 3rd party also agreed with what I thought was the correct procedure but just to be friendly and since these two girls were asking, I mentioned what I was doing and just to get a 4th voice confirmation. I mean, this is the bank accepting the check so they ultimately have the last say. I hadn't ever met any of these girls so I didn't know their name but one of them spoke up and said they would not accept the check. Confused I asked her to confirm and it didn't really make sense. I asked her name and she points to the other girl sitting there and said her name is Vanessa and she's the manager. I thought that was strange since Vanessa really wasn't even talking. But I found out she was wrong so I'm wondering why this girl is giving erroneous info. I returned to the lobby after making a few calls. I saw Vanessa rushing to the back office. I caught her just at the door and asked what the other girls name was. She told me Savanjah. And then she told me that they looked it up after I left. So why look it up if you are sure? Was this just a joke?? I assure you I may look funny but I don't joke around with my money.
