      I've been with Chase Bank since the First Day. Bank Employees have come and gone. ALL of the Tellers; Customer Service and Management Team have ALWAYS put Customers FIRST! They are Willing and Ready to Assist anyone whom walks into their Bank. Whether it's a Deposit; Withdrawal; Cashing a Check; Wanting a Cashier's Check....or just a Balance of your account; There's a Welcome Smile of "Good Morning... How can I Help You Today!" I will ALWAYS Bank with CHASE!

      Unfiendly. Felt as if I had infinged upon their valuable time. I have visited Chase Branches from NYC/Los Angeles to tiny Omak, WA. Always greeted with a nice smile and an auspicious greeting whether the branch was busy or not. If they had given respect, they would have been treated with respect. Don't tell me how swamped you are with work. Or you're understaffed. Don't ask me if I have an appointment before you've greeted me. Stop being bitter or presumptuous. Treat ALL CUSTOMERS equally. WE are WHY you have a bank to come to...and the reason you can pay your bills.
