  Horrible customer service with unhelpful associates. My Husband went into the branch to have his identity verified, since he did not have his passport when an account was initially opened at another branch. He visited the location on a Tuesday morning where he was sent to three different associates who ultimately decided he should wait to speak to a personal banker. After 30 minutes of waiting, he was told that she was too busy and he would have to come back later that day. He returned in the afternoon only to be told that the banker was at lunch, with no eta of when she would be back. This branch also does not allow you to make appointments. Very disappointed with this customer service, I have been a Chase customer for over 10 years and have never experienced something like this.

  This is the worst branch ever especially for briskness deposits. We have a business account here and every time I've come with a deposit the tellers don't know what to do they look at the money and checks like they're foreign items. The process is excruciatingly slow. I am there 30-45 minutes each time. Today i needed an address change and was sent to someone who was not even in the office today it seemed. Then when I asked for a statement at the very least i was told i had to wait for the same teller who again took an extremely long time with a simple withdrawal it seemed. No one else would tend to me even though two more tellers opened up. I had to leave without what i needed because of the lack of attention and urgency.
