      I went inside the branch because the line was long and it was nearing closing time. Tyra, the LAO was an absolute ray of sunshine. Oh my gosh, her personality and professionalism were Top Notch. Teller in drive-thru (I didn't get her name, but she's from Africa), was just as jovial. Thank you ladies for such a warm encounter. God bless you both!

      Didn’t realize I had to make an appointment to open a Chase bank account but did so. The earliest appointment was 7 days later. Chase confirmed an appointment at 1pm with Anabel Umambong. I showed up for my appointment and got in line. Teller told me to wait in a waiting area. After wasting my time waiting, I eventually asked the teller if Anabel was even in the building, she said she wasn’t there. I told her to tell Anabel she missed her 1 o’clock. That was about 3 weeks ago, to date, neither Anabel nor anyone at Chase has contacted me. Pretty obvious they don’t care about having your business.
