  Look it's a bank, it's not exciting, it's not sexy but it is important, and compared to the other banks in the area (Bank of America and TD) Chase is amazing. Always accomodating and very polite.

  The bank tellers are amazing. The branch manager NOT so much. I deposited a check that was put on a 10 day hold. The money was deducted from the issuers account. After she or they called Chase fraud prevent depart and they found she wasn’t not able to do anything on her part. I made the call myself to the fraud prevention department where one of the agents did what she should have done for me so I did have to do her job. I may not have millions but I have been a customer for sometime now. I will be closing my account as soon as this is settled and opening with TD! As she said to me with her 20 years experience she had never heard of TD Bank had suggested as a service they provide for their customers and when I said to her I was closing my account all she could say I am so sorry to hear that. Well I am sorry to hear that with your 20 years of banking experience and my 0 I did your job in 5 minute phone call.

  I wanted to write a review about the great experience i just had with Chase messenger. it was my first time and agent ^JS helped me. im not going to put all my financial information out there but this person was amazingly helpful. Chase has always been a great bank for me and always been accommodating no matter what i need. for that, i say thank you!
