      After having multiple accounts for many years they opened this branch! There no one in there almost always and they don't pick up the phone because there always to busy playing on there personal phones!! The pathetic teller refused to take checks from me because she claimed it wasn't me but after I told her how pathetic she was she was suddenly smart enough to find my accounts call crying making up stories and they closed my accounts!! It's people like this that will always be nothing in life go the extra mile to do wrong instead of right and that's why she's sitting in an empty bank instead of advancing her pathetic life!!!

      Customer service is horrible. Been sitting here for over a half hour waiting to speak to someone. Only 1 advisor available Chit chatting about nonsense while people are waiting. Disgraceful.
