  This chase location is the best location for full service banking. Large safety deposit box area. If you need quantities of coin or currency this is where to go.

  Terrible service. Slow, disrespectful and racist. We waiting over 40 min for help and multiple people were walking around not doing anything. People were taken before us despite us asking multiple times for help. If this happens again I will remove all my accounts and boxes from chase.

  This is a public warning to all those people. Who want to do business at this chase Bank branch. I went to this branch because I was near by. I was greeted by an employee who asked for. My name and reason for my being there. I gave him all the information that he needed. Which was about a replacement debit card that I never received. He tried to reorder a card but had problems of what ever type. He told me to come with him to a teller who could help me. He informed her in detail she said hi. I returned with a respectful response as well as. Repeated everything to her that I said to him. She had problems as well so she said to see the other teller. She the second teller said hello I again returned the kind greeting with one. I fully informed her of the same exact information. As the first two individuals. After a while she had problems helping me. She sends me back to the first teller. Who says that I never said what I had originally told her. I not only said that you are lieing. But I told her that the first person I talked to. Repeated the same information to you. So don't lie to me. She just froze up in shock. The second teller says to me that we are getting you a brand new card. We need to cancel your card. Real loud I said no I need that card active. I use it at the fuel pump. And to buy food and other things. I repeated what I said again so they won't cancel my card. They look at me then said I canceled your card. I could not believe how cold and evil these people are. This is a public warning to all people who want to do buissness at this branch.
