      The customer experience at this particular branch was impeccable! The bankers here are amazing. Easy access parking lot is always a plus, too. This place is nice and clean inside and out. You can tell the staff takes a lot of pride in their work. I will definitely be doing all of my banking here going forward!

      Got there to open a joint checking account at 3:30 and was told it was too late to help (closes at 4pm). The cherry on top was being told how quick and easy it was to open a joint account, just to come back next week. Come on guys, do better. 2 stars for the guy at least being nice while being lazy.

      Wow, just terrible customer service. All due to mistakes made by Chase. Do not open an account with Chase. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Unfortunate.
