      Terrible customer service. Big box banking at its worse. As a "Chase Private Client", it has been net to impossible to reach my assigned rep. Emails and phone calls are routinely ignored. The bankers at this location are constantly rotating and are impossible to contact. The branch phone # connects you to the auto-operator and then after numerous prompts says "good-bye" and disconnects. It's time to move from this bank and close all of my accounts, Chase has unfortunately, become one of the worst banks to deal with.

      Sure the staff is friendly but they are soooo slow at any task. Either Chase’s computer systems are outdated and difficult to use or they’re under trained or they’re just super slow. Whatever the case is, this is one of the worst locations to go to. I’ve come here every month for almost a year and there’s always a line because the staff are slow. Chase is a major bank. You can afford to update your systems and technology to work better. It takes 30 minutes to send a wire transfer and sometimes 45 minutes. And this is not because I’m waiting for help. This is the time while I am being helped.
