  Absolutely amazing Bank! I run my business Account through them and they are absolutely amazing to work with. Managers are wonderful! Teller girls are absolutely amazing and can answer any questions I ever have! This branch has been the most helpful with any situation I have ever had!

  We were told by Chase corporate when she took out a car loan that parents could pay cash at the branch for our daughter's car loan. WRONG! The branch informed us, rudely, that only the car OWNER may pay cash. Her parents CANNOT pay cash but must submit a money order. Corporate and the branches do NOT know what the other's policies are so we feel lied to.

  Initially, when I set up an account the banker told me that my banking mobile app would be working in about an hour. And that he would call to tell me it was fixed. 5 days later I had to call the bank to remind them to fix that for me. They couldn’t wait for me to make a deposit and after that they could care less. This showed today when I was at the counter and immediately received attitude from the cashier when I asked her to do a routine procedure. It felt like I was being questioned as to why I would make such a transaction. So, to be quite honest 3 stars is being generous. Most transactions are simple enough without actually having to go into the branch itself. So now I just try to avoid going in unless absolutely necessary.
