      They used to be a lousy bank with irresponsible, slow, and the worst staff. But now it has become my favorite place for every emergency, responsible with social distance and clean.

      The service at the 82st branch was very good 👌, the service provided by phone with representatives is super bad, they are not trained, they make impressive mistakes, for example, I consolidated two credit cards from other corporations into one and they only registered me a card and I have to pay a percentage for that procedure that did not fulfill my request I started calling for hours and days to solve the problem and they left me waiting in line for hours or they cut me off the call at the end of so much insistence I managed to talk to two supposed managers q they escalated my case but they know less than the others q disappointment.

      Bad treatment, they ask for a appointment, fo something very simple like a question. Give you an attitude, and do not help at all. This place need's new management and staff. Look at your competition. They doing much better with costumer care.Bank of America, much better threatment, and no three" months waiting list" according to one of your employees here.
