      I came into this chase bank at 3:50 PM to open up a new account and was told that I can’t because they were too close to closing, and they close at 5 PM. There was not a single soul in the bank and I got the impression but neither the banker or the teller wanted to assist me. It is clear that customer loyalty and satisfaction is nonexistent in this bank and I will be going to a different bank to open up my account.
