      OMG, just to create a new account they take hour and a 30 minutes. I don't know how it takes that long. I promise you, choose a different branch not this one

      Irrelevantly unprofessional.The person responsible for opening new accounts is a super chatty person who lacks attention to detail. We take out time from our work schedules to go open an account and instead of focusing on the account, they kept talking about irrelevant stuff. A month later, they call us back to say they forgot to take out signatures on one of the forms. Very unprofessional and time wasters.
