      I had an abysmal experience with Ashton Beck at this location. My father passed away so I needed to open an estate account. Long story short, he ignored all requests from myself and lawyer resulting in deadlines being missed. Very unprofessional.

      I expect to go to a bank that wants to help customers not one where 2 employees sit in the lobby talking and tell you to go to the ATM. They did offer to assist at the ATM if needed. Still sitting in the lobby when I left. Not sure what chase is paying them to do.
