      My experience at this bank was wonderful! Alisson's service was excellent, she approached me asking if she could help me when she realized I was having difficulties performing a mobile app function... and then she was extremely helpful and proactive. Anyway, it was really very gratifying to have been attended by her.

      After being a 1st Bank customer for over 10 years, I moved all personal accounts to Wells Fargo with my business accounts for simplicity sake, and so I can access branch deposits across the U.S. I thought I had closed my 1st Bank account, but apparently left $0.01 in a personal checking account. I didn’t realize until I got an overdraft letter for an internal 1st Bank “debit card fee” of $10. I had to pay this to close the account. What a joke, but worth $10 to know not to ever do business with 1st Bank.
