      Just got done going through the drive through to receive a cashier's check for the first time in my life. The woman at the window was so kind and helpful, it truly made my day. The process was easy and quick, and I appreciated her kindness and positive attitude. I'm not sure what her name is, but she is working today 9/29/21 at 1:35 pm so somebody better go find her and tell her what an amazing job she is doing :)

      The employees don't seem to acknowledge you and move at a snails pace, even with 2 other customers waiting. I'll never come back to this location. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write this much of a negative review... As I'm standing in the branch. The other location closed their lobby? This is poor customer service.
