  Michalle (I hope the spelling is correct) who said she typically works at the granville and western branch, helped me at the Andersonville branch today. I had an issue that seemed uncommon and something that would take time to resolve due to Covid. Michalle went above and beyond to resolve my issue and she should be recognized as a valuable member of the Chase team.

  Came here at 5.15 pm. Bank closes at 6 pm. Only one female worker was inside. I don’t even know her titles and unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was way unprofessional. I told her that I need to speak to the branch manager. I talked earlier to chase customer service and they advised me to stop by at any chase and speak to the manager regarding my saving account matter. So this girl introduce herself as a manager. When I told her what I needed she said manager will be back tomorrow. Excuse me .. but you just told me you were the manager... These type of people should not work at the bank. When you go to the bank you trust your personal information and people like this have no idea about integrity. She just lied about her titles. Then she realized she could not handle situation. Pity thing.
