      Reason for my 5 star . Nini , the best banker at this location. One more girl i don’t remember her name , maybe the manager not sure . But because of Nini i am still with them. She knows how to cater to your needs. Also yes its small ,yes its old but hey its in Andersonville .

      Horrible experience. I have been with US Bank for 20 yrs... and this branch is terrible. 2 months ago the ATM took my cash but did not add it to my account. 2 months later I m STILL trying to get my money back. The manager seemed nice but never followed through with her promises, no follow up calls or emails or mail apologizing or telling me whats going on with my money. No one cares. I lost 1000 dollars and no one contacts me. Now they try to use one of MY transactions of 1000 as their adjustments! This is unheard of.
