I have been a customer of Chase for long time and this particular place 1600 Basswood Blvd. Chase is my favorite even if it's not the closest one they have.       Be sure to triple check your full name on your accounts. Apparently 2 forms of ID, a signed and printed document & a already open account isn’t enough. Was told by Irene she would escalate my complaint, ya haven’t heard anything still.
